Master chief's personal durability being far lower than what Quad damage + Berserk doomguy can put out is really gonna screw him here. Also invnerability for Doomguy.

This match up was made several times; it's a massive stomp in Doomslayer's favor. For one, the only weapon in John's arsenal even remotely capable of harming the Doomslayer is the incineration cannon, but being limited to 4 shots, and even that only chip damages at best. Doomslayer's durability is like 3 times greater than the Incineration cannon.

Further more, Doomslayer is strong enough to kill Master Chief with a single punch; he went toe to toe with the Titan for one. And the Bubble Shield or Hardlight Shield grant no protection against hand to hand combat. His attack strength is several hundreds of times stronger than John's Building level durability. All in all, this is a stomp.
