While Sigma 1st form is about equal to X, which should be stronger than Megaman, specifically Sigma-1 had NO fights, so Sigma-1 should be kept unknown. I'm fine with at least High 6-A for Sigma-2, although if you are fighting seemingly an entire army of High 6-A's, it is questionable if he should stay at this low level.
As for Megaman, Using Chaos Control in super form should not downgrade his base form, that does not make much logical sence, since he still fought the same robot masters after the crossover (meaning something would have triggered both Wily's and Light's brains to make all the other robot masters weaker for no reason after the timeline reset.) Maybe keep post genesis sonic 4-B, and change Sigma-2 to 4-B idk.
