I feel like there's a lot that needs to be done with the Shovel Knight verse., as I think 8-C I'm gonna start putting together a CRT when I get some time, as i feel that baseline 8-C is far, far too low.

We also still need to upgrade their LS, which can pretty be much verse wide.

King Knight has a casual Class K feat via lifting Mr. Hat’s shop iirc.
 
I am now looking at the shovel knight wiki’s pages on items and dlc relics (pocket dungeon), and shovel techniques, accessories, and relics (Dig)
If it wasn’t for the fact it had resistance to time stop I would make him fight the X-Blade
 
This thing has the ability to cause keys to blowup it would have been a beauty semantics argument and give shovel knight a victory against legitimate low 1-C threat or did something else in my previous post confuse you.

To hopefully revive this thread (and potentially the verse itself), would I be good to update the formatting of the SK profiles? While I do want to add all of the abilities that they should have (and I do intend on making at least one CRT for that), I'd just like to improve the formatting for now. Some examples of how I would do so are:
  1. (On Shovel Knight's profile) Changing "Can reflect magic attacks with his Shovel Blade" to "Attack Reflection (Can reflect physical and magical projectiles with his Shovel Blade. [Insert References to Shovel Knight doing so])" as well as changing "Intangibility via Phase Locket" to "Intangibility (Immaterial - Via Phase Locket.)"
  2. (On Plague Knight's profile) Adding descriptions for abilities ("Homing Attack" > "Homing Attack (Via Sentry Fuse Bombs.)")
  3. (On Reize Seatlan's profile) Adding a P&A tabber separating Reize, Dark Reize, and Nightmare Reize, as well as separating the three in their stats ("Attack Potency: Building level (Is able to damage Shovel Knight and Plague Knight with his attacks in their encounters with him. As Dark Reize he's able to match Specter Knight in combat, and is even greater in strength as Nightmare Reize)" > Attack Potency: Building level (Is able to damage Shovel Knight and Plague Knight with his attacks in their encounters with him. [Insert References to Reize boss fights]) | Building level (Greater than before. As Dark Reize he's able to match Specter Knight in combat. [Insert Reference to Dark Reize's boss fight]) | At least Building level (Far more powerful than before, as Nightmare Reize is described by The Enchantress as Dark Reize's full potential. I know it's series of massive changes, but with how outdated the profiles are, they need them.

(Side note here: Although the Phase Locket literally has the word "PHASE" in its name, Shovel Knight doesn't actually phase through solid materials with it. Instead, he seems to briefly turn ethereal, which would make it Immaterial Intangibility rather than Phasing Intangibility.)
 
I mean that sounds like it won't amount to much more than what I did with relics from pocket dungeon then again most of one of the CRTs I did wasn't actually added because I was having problems with using the editor on the device I was using at the time. This new level of detail regarding what happened in the original game is of course fully supported by me.

Yeah, I'm not so much adding anything new (that's for another day) as I am just polishing what's already there.
 
I can respect that a description of the ability or even just the name of the item or technique used is always better than just listing the power on the profile.

You're probably right, but this thread did seem to agree that formatting and referencing without adding entirely new stuff is fine to do without a CRT. If I really wanted to break the rules, I'd remove Danmaku from his profile since you need 20-ish projectiles at once to qualify iirc

cleaning up formatting is poggers. Completely agree.

With three people having agreed, I've officially started fixing up the profiles. It'll probably take me a while to get all of them done, but I'm happy to nonetheless. Here's Shovel Knight (don't worry, I'm not gonna message the thread every time I improve them lmao). If there's anything else that should be done, feel free to let me know, and I'll see what I can do!
 
The crt is linked. I made under the belief that the Custom Knight feature wasn't canon but could be added as a key. I have two staff who agreed to the intial premise but now the premise changed to it being canon. So if I just linked the picture over there got one of the staff how commented on it to agree and you it could be applied.
