Either way, Kratos would have his Shovel Knight profile removed and re-merged with his canon self, a perfect Norse copy without any of the Norse equipment. Just innate stuff.

Generally more priority is given to feats over statements, so if this can't canonically fit, even if stated so, then it's reasonable to claim it's not canon.
