Should Teen Naruto's, and by Extension Sasuke's Speed be Boosted to FTL?

Should Naruto's (and Sasuke's by comparison) speed be boosted to FTL due to the feat of dodging Light Fang?

According to the Databook Storm Release Light Fang is difficult to dodge because it moves at the speed of light (which heavily implies to me not hyperbole). What do you guys think?
