Should distance matter to outerversal character

There is complex and hyperverse before getting to outerverse, these highlights spatial axis before to outer which should have no regard to all spatial axis however I find it quite amusing to some characters who are scaled to outer but space/distance still matters to them like they still have to travel for some time before getting to destination and they ain't doing it just becausethey want to but they cant travel instantly ,
I'm not implying any character that can travel instantly is outer but an outer character must have no regard to space

In any case, an outerversal character can have its own form of time and space, it just means that they are qualitatively superior to everything below it.
