Should distance or space matter to outerversal character?

There is complex and hyperverse before getting to outerverse, these highlights spatial axis before to outer which should have no regard to all spatial axis however I find it quite amusing to some characters who are scaled to outer but space/distance still matters to them like they still have to travel for some time before getting to destination and they ain't doing it just becausethey want to but they cant travel instantly ,
I'm not implying any character that can travel instantly is outer but an outer character must have no regard to space

an outerversal character should be able to traverse any distances in 0 time yes, since all extensions of space and time is already contained within them in a non existent part of their body, theyre kind of omnipresent while being nowhere
pretty sure they are granted immeasurable speed at the very least, imo it should be different from immeasurable but yeah.

an outerversal character can still have a finite "speed" and "size" relatively to outerversal structures and concepts, such as a sort of transcendental timeline so big that any normal timeframe of a traditional dimension would be null in comparison, or a distance so big that any spatial extensions is null to it

No, they are immeasurable since space and time, distance is just irrelevant to them
