I was revising the series profiles and apparently there might be a legitimate argument for type 3 BDE. It's actually quite straight forward though, probably due to the series being short.
The translations are a bit weirdly worded, but I had no luck getting raws... I already tried and couldn't find them for the relevant volumes.

Outerversal Outer Universe

Early on we get the detail that reality as it is inhabited by Kamishiro Homura is just a dream to Azathot (yeah, very common trope)

The youth handed over that book to the boy -

(Welcome to the world of mythos.

If it's you then you might show ‹ father › a little bit better dream than now.

You who have been shown the ugliness of the humans that you tried to protect, what kind of decision will you make.

I'm waiting in anticipation you know. — O the future Grand Master(Grand Magician) -dono.) - Volume 2

That becomes relevant is the fact that we know Azathot resides within the outer universe alongside Yog-Sothot and the rest of <The Outer GODS>.

Then,
Listen from the outer universe o the person that is all in one and one in all
The seething stars shining radiantly in blasphemy
announcing the time of fate to thy Intermediary of chaos nameless fog o embodiment of the origin intelligence
Inside the space-time continuum from the interstice of past and future come here reaching the striking sound of castle gate
To the violator of the sleeping master of cradle in order for thy to display the authority
The one that they should summon.
The person standing on the top of all <The Outer GODS> and <Great Old One> existing in this world.
The parent of Hastur and Cthulhu, the first divinity born from the origin chaos living in the infinite nucleus――
{ “Open the gate. ―― Yog-Sothoth” }” - Volume 4

This relationship between reality being a dream to the higher-order existences that are <The Outer GODS>. is re-asserted with Daoloth. The Outer God tears away at the wall between the regular universe and the outer universe and that is equated to a "dream and reality" boundary, with his title as renderer of veils being due to its role revealing the greater backdrop of existence that is the outer universe.

That was the copy regarding <The Outer GODS> recorded in <The Last Revelation of Gla’aki・Ninth Volume>.
With those pieces of paper in hand, <Grim Bullet> Hoshikawa Sumika closed her eyes and spoked the words that connected her to the outer space.
Listen from the outer space o the person that judge the boundary of phenomenon
The seething stars shining brilliantly in blasphemy announcing the time of fate to thy
The god of ancient Atlantis o the person who bring about the holy light
Raise the dark curtain thy become light and swoop down right here
Dark and sky, dream and reality not separated by the border of dark and light in order to ruin the crow of the universe
Along with those words, the pieces of paper in Sumika’s hand were wrapped in flame and their shape transformed.
From paper――into a single [gray bullet].
It was the <Grim Bullet> where the power of <The Outer GODS> Daoloth resided.
Next if she loaded it into her revolver and shot it, the victory and defeat would be decided. Even for an <Archangel>, he would be helpless in front of the power of [an] authentic <god> - Volume 4

The outer universe lacks any sort of concept... including those of distance, time, space due to lying beyond the boundary (limit) such things. Space-time becoming meaningless before Daoloth as it tears away the boundary that is dimensionality.

O, O, O, O, O, O, o, O, o, ooOoOOOOO――――!?!?”
Daoloth was a divinity that tore away the wall, that was to say the [boundary] of dimension.
In front of this god, all the boundary of space-time didn’t have any meaning, the thing touched by Daoloth would wholly go to the abyss that was nowhere in this night, in this universe.
Blown away to the outside of the phenomenon’s boundary line.
At that place there was no light, no distance, no space, no time, nothing. - Volume 4

“ tsu, o――――”
Finally his figure vanished from in front of Sumika.
Nowhere in this universe, the empty space where no space, no time, no concept, nothing existed at all.
Gabriel was dragged into the territory of Daoloth.
That was, what supposed to happen.” - Volume 4

Conclusions

I believe this would qualify Outer Godsend their equal in the story that is Cristian God for Beyond Dimensional Existence Type 3/Outerversal based on meeting the following criteria:

Characters of this nature don't simply lack all physicality and composition (As in Type 1), but surpass it altogether, being of a wholly superior nature that is not reachable by lower states of existence
As a default, statements of being "above dimensions" [..]. if [...] applied to realms that can be inferred to surpass the very composition of the lower reality (e.g. Realms that are, themselves, non-composite, such as conceptual domains, or often, voids of nothingness), then 1-A is the most appropriate rating for them
A simple example being a realm that is stated to lack space, time and physicality entirely, but is nonetheless shown as being "vaster" than physical reality in some way. Common imagery of this includes the universe as a small object encompassed in a wider backdrop.
a void so distinct from reality that it lacks space-time, not because it’s simply empty, but because it is beyond dimensionality and space-time itself. In a context like this, the void possesses qualitative superiority, which is why it's referred to as a void of nothingness. no composition from our reality holds significance or meaning within it.

The outer universe lacks concepts of space and time precisely because it lies beyond the limits of these. In addition these concepts are explicitly stated to be meaningless before Outer Gods like Daloth + reality-dream qualitative difference.

Additionally only abilities that directly channel the authority of these gods to apply effects would scale.

Yeh nw. I just formatted it how staff member CelestialPegasus generally formats his CRTs and copy pasted the quotes with volume source.

I’ll add the link to the things later just in case.

If the arguments mentioned in the CRT are genuinely an R>F, and they are supported by evidence such as being beyond space and time, transcending space-time, and similar claims, then I think it could qualify for BDE Type 3 or Tier 1-A

If the texts actually match the scans that are going to be provided, then there’s no issue.
Overall, good luck

Phantom cooking! I'll try to check if I can find the raws too just in case but it looks good

Edit : I managed to find the second volume, sadly, seems like volume 4 isn't so easy to find. Although the translation of Volume 2 seemed correct at a glance and doublechecking with MTL.
