Should all Pokemon be at least Transonic?

No worries.

Perhaps this should count as "Combat Speed" and not all around speed? Seems to be a good solution, as even slow Pokemon should have comparable reactionary speed and can fight others with comparable reactions.

Yeah Combat and Reaction Speed should be fine. Also, im just saying even pokemon that are meant to be completely stationary such as Metapod have actual combat speed feats, so this should scale to basically everything...

This seems to have enough input to do this change. So are we perhaps get to putting this on the profiles themselves if they have been done so yet?
