Stranger is the overarching antagonist of Shadow fight 3 and the evil half of The Descendant. All his physical characteristics can be scaled to The descendant as he can trade blows with him in the Final battle (protagonist is The descendant). Which would give him Building level+ AP, striking strength and durability.
In addition to this, Stranger can create spatio-temporal loops using shadow energy (similar to bolo), using which he trapped Bolo (The Real Itu) in a time loop, like how Bolo trapped Marcus in a time loop. Which would give him Low 2-C Attack potency with shadow energy.
As for his keys, stranger had two states throughout the series.
1st key: Probability of Existence
Chapter 1 - Marcus Plane: As a Probability of His Existence (he died as a child even before the story began, after which, the void room / may simulated him, bringing him back as a probability of his own Existence)
In this state, he is neither alive nor dead, but a mere Probability of his existence being simulated, he doesn't really exist as a real person yet. which would give him immortality (type 1,5. Possibly type 8)
As for the Historical Importance Index, it is a mechanism that enables it's user to achieve their wishes by bending the world to their will (fate manipulation), there's a big explanation in shadow's profile, about this mechanism, check it out for scans.
Right around the end of Itu's Plane Part 2, Stranger becomes stronger than shadow in terms of Historical Importance Index, with the help of the clones he created. Shadow's historical importance index gives him Universe level+ AP as it is responsible for the creation of a new timeline. It's the same for Stranger, Stranger's and Shadow's Historical importance index are responsible for the creation of the gates plane (a new timeline where stranger is a existing person and may didn't die).
As for his abilities, he gets almost all the powers and abilities of descendant (except shadow abilities, perks and equipment section. these differ slightly).
His Intelligence is comparable if not greater than bolo, this is because the stranger is capable of outsmarting bolo and use him as a pawn by a long shot. which gives him Extraordinary Genius intel.
2nd key: Ruler of the World
Finale Chapter: This is in a different timeline where he actually exists as a real person, in a timeline created in his image, where he conquered the whole world.
This stranger is capable of way more than his previous self as he is also empowered by shadow mind, similar to perfect fusion key from descendant, giving him all the powers and abilities of that key. In addition to all his previous feats, Stranger now has the gates of shadows under his control as well, which was later responsible for the destruction of his world. He is also seen being able to perform a judgement cut after stopping time (transporting him and descendant to a different location, where the 3rd round takes place), which gives him Spatial Manipulation and Time Stop.
As for his Intelligence, he is similar to his pervious self but much more skilled in combat, due to having lived a similar life to Descendant who's skill is on par with shadow.
