Finally a thread where I know both characters!

Shizuo obviously is the physically stronger of the two, and one-shots if he manages to tag Levi.

However, Levi has a huge advantage in skill, maneuverability, and speed, and his blades are almost definitely capable of severely damaging Shizuo. With a rapid enough assault, Shizuo's regen wouldn't be able to keep up, assuming the first strike doesn't outright bisect him.

I see Levi taking this via hit-and-run tactics.
