Shizuku's soul manipulation doesn't matter here, so her only option is space cutting, which she does tend to spam of the bat, her gravity manipulation might be useful pulling attacks or tsumemon towards or away from her, or cutting through gravity leaving tsumemon stuck in a state of weightlessness.
Shizuku can also fly (well walk on air), paralyze things, and precog will be useful, the combo of knowing what will happen next, plus danger sensing.

Well space cutting will give her an edge. However, Tsumemon with his constant Duplication and Blood Eye along with the fact that each duplicate has a increases the chances of him using Blood Eye by the second, means that she's going to have to take out Tsumemon as fast as she can. The moment one Tsumemon decides "Blood Eye", then she will basically be extremely vulnerable to whatever Tsumemon does.
Basically, her main issue will be keeping up with the alarming number of Tsumemon who can easily overwhelm her and reach a countless number in seconds as well as hoping one of them doesn't use Blood Eye which is done by just looking at her. The Tsumemon will basically be using everything in their arsenal, and they are very aggressive and they don't let up. So her only choice is to get rid of each and every duplicate as fast a possible without getting overwhelmed.
