Okay so Culexus's power null iirc is High 1-B or smth, so there's that. Either way they give off like massive migraines just by being in their presence, like even people who aren't pyskers can't bear to stand in the same room as them and they can one shot with just a gesture. Not voting rn tho

Void shiki have mostly all the hax of Nasuverse in 1-A potency/range and resistance of most of them too.

And if i remember warhammer don't have feat of affecting NEP2.
