Since we already have another esper matched up against Tohru in another thread, why not use the character in one of the best contemporary anime adaptations?

Basically, Tohru in her dragon form crashlands and inadvertently kills a bunch of people in her wake. Mob sees this and pretty much everything is said and done from there.

SBA applied. Speed equalized. Shigeo is in final key.

Battlefield is in the middle of Seasoning City. Both sides start 30 meters apart

I'm uncertain on magic's interaction with psychic powers from Mob Psycho, as psychic powers tend to interact with supernatural stuff in general. That said Mob shouldn't be able to replicate any of her powers. In a similar fashion Touhru's magic nullification shouldn't work on Mob.

Memory Manipulation/Perception Manipulation is useless on Mob, as is Stealth/Invisibility, alongside Curse Manip if Mob can react.

???% Mob would likely go straight for TKing Tohru's body, although IDK the AP gap here.

How does BFR work?

@Dragoo the AP Gap is 1.6x for Tohru, but both are approximatively equal due to the casual feats from Tatsumaki.

About this match, i don't see tohru winning here.
