Shibuki Shibushi hax addition and clarification

I would like to add that approaching Shibuki is enough for old wounds to open and mearly her pressence is enough. Anyone who she approaches or approachs her will have their wounds re open. While this is a minor adition, it is one that can make a seginifcant difference in battle. Passive hax can make a huge difference

I would like the page to be open so that I may add this, it would also apply to Medaka aswell
