What's Po's and shazams AP

Po is >>>> 0.36 tons, Shazam is around 5 billion joules, or 1.19 tons

Po has also survived a 0.66 ton feat before, though the calc was removed, and has survived natural lightning while his head was attached to a lightning rod.

Well, is shazam hits po, po is dead.

But I feel like Po is experienced enough to dodge lightning and wushi finger hold shazam. He is also the far better fighter

I mean he's directly survived lightning before with a lightning rod stuck to his head. He should be fine against Shazam's hits, especially since Shazam tends to use CQC.

Shazam has a decent edge but I'm betting on Po

Nothing stops him from just sending Billy to the shadow realm or whatever it is

Po is far more skilled and used to dealing with people far stronger than him, he'd probably try skadooshing him or sending him to the spirit realm once he realized his normal blows aren't doing anything. Also, Po can definitely survive a few blows, Shazam usually doesn't lead with the kill (neither does Po, to be fair), and their AP difference isn't that much, it's not a one-shot.

That's true, but I don't really recall him ever abusing it. Po also has several long range techniques and can jump really high.
