Shallot from DB Legends

Could someone make a page about Shallot from DB Legends? So far the story-mode leads to the point where he's capable of defeating few saibamens and holding his off against Raditz (who was a bit stronger than normal Saibamens) but he's not capable of beating him.

With the story-mode progression in future, Shallot will probably become stronger than he currently is, but so far he's comparable to Saibamens and Raditz, so giving him 5-B and the same stats as these two is not a stretch...
