Are you sure? Shaggy has soloed DBZ, DC, Digimon, Shin Megami Tensei, and many more. You dont understand how powerful Shaggy really is.

I can understand that, even if I find them entertaining. Hell, the "Saitama solos fiction" memes piss me off, so I can relate to what you're going through.
 
The difference between Saitama here (who I have seen people wanting to be banned from battles) stems from one fact, and that's Shaggy is a normal human in his canon, a few rare instances aside. All the recent "instances" of power come from mememongering, nothing more. Saitama's biggest problems come from his wankers, not really the character, but simply having "no upper defined limit" is gonna make determining his power hard, especially when he has yet to find a worthy challenge in his verse. So, I'd third that motion. Ban Ultra Instinct Shaggy! After all, we got the Joke Battles Wiki for that.

the people who wank Shaggy are smart enough to realize that he's not actualy that powerful and that he doesn't actually do anything combat wise

the people who wank Saitama aren't smart enough to realize that Saitama isn't omnipotent
