Hmm....this is rather difficult to decide but Im leaning towards mega rayquaza since they both have the same stats but rayquaza is slighly faster mewtwo

...Actually, Mega Rayquaza most likely takes this. Shadow Mewtwo, from what we've seen of it, fights in it's Mega X form, which, being part-Fighting type, is weak to Flying-type moves. And you do not want to be weak to Dragon Ascent if you're up against Rayquaza.

Let's all be honest, Shadow Mewtwo is definitely a force to be reckoned with: Shadow Mewtwo can annihlate the world in its least form, but in its Mega Form, it can probably erase the world and quite possibly the solar system. When I see Shadow Mewtwo using its Synergy Burst attack, all I imagine is Rayquaza looking up and saying "I'm definitely not stronger than that thing," then Rayquaza gets blown up. Now all of you are saying Rayquaza is faster? Shadow Mewtwo can TELEPORT and TRAVEL AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT. Shadow Mewtwo in Base Form can take on Mega Rayquaza.

also if we use mega mewtwo then i think he mindhaxes. i mean, nothing is preventing him from either mindhaxxing or soul manipulating. petrification and bfr is also an option
