Meat's AP is the same as last time, though I disagree with Meat having AP at the literal peak of Wall level

I added the abilities he was supposed to have despite being on his profile's notable attacks and techniques.

I also watched the link for his pressure points and it seems that it induces choking, something that's not going to work with Meat being able to live without his head.

What else does he have here besides being more experienced?
