First of all can I remind everyone that the reason why raiden and Sam are Massivly hypersonic+ is because of the Zandastu calc..yes Zandatsu, not running speed or even basic attacks without activating Zandatsu. Techincally Raiden and Sam should only be Mass Hyp+ in combat and reaction speeds when Zandatsu is active. Armstrong on the other hand failed t react to either Zandatsu's from Sam or Raiden, heck he coudn't keep up with Sam's quickdraw nevermind the Zandatsu's.
So to put it short Raiden and Sam have limited Mass hyp+ Combat and Reaction speeds, NOT Mass Hyp+ all around.
and Armstrong is slower then both Zandatus' and should be just below Sam in basic Combat speed becaue he failed to react to the quick draw.
