Should be really simplistic. Based solely on what the profile suggests, Nemo Ex Machina no longer qualifies for Tier 0 and thusly should be downgraded to High 1-A+for encompassing all possible character strings, and each of those character strings represent the possibilities that Nemo embodies..

Look in any other situation the encompassing all possible character strings and such would indubitably keep it as the top dog, but because of Tier 0's strict requirements it just doesn't work out sadly.

The second key should be outright deleted. First one is fine for High 1-A+. I believe the second degree of it, specifically.

Anyway, why did you make this? Pretty sure Ultima had plans.

Yes he had plans, but we can't be 100% sure when he'll be able to get around to doing it. I figured just changing it to High 1-A+ instead is something I could accomplish so that he doesn't have to, lessening his load a tad.

Because sre manifestation key is High 1-A+ but true self so beyond and transcends his avatar, also it's absolute nothingness. So, It's tier 0.

If it was that simple, Ultima would have added it to his downgrade thread instead of saying he'd tackle it later.
Should've just let it be tbh, he's the one that introduced the verse and the new system after all and he said he'd handle it
