Seiya (9th sense vs God cloth Tenma

Tenma is much weaker than Seiya!
On the mangas there is God Cloths (Golden cloth color) cloths have this color due to blood/cosmos (ikhor) Athena and have the God cloths with their original color.

Tenma despite being a demigod only seventh sense and a divine cloth.
Seiya has seventh, eighth and ninth sense Seiya can hurt high level Gods in their divine bodies! Cosmos (Seiya) >>>>>> Cosmos (Tenma)
Tenma has no probability manipulation feats comparable to Seiya's
