OK, this has been long overdue. Many of the Titans are currently located at star level at the moment with their seals on. Now, this is completely wrong, and I'll tell you why. In the original Episode G, when Hyperion faced Aiolia, the latter invoked Photon Burst on him, which is currently regarded as equal to Saga's Galaxian Explosion, and Hyperion survived that, albeit heavily wounded. However, Cronus did have to resort to using Athena's Aegis to survive Saga's amped Galaxian Explosion (he was burning his Cosmo and risking his life for it).
Thus, my proposition would be thus: 2-Sealed Titans receive at least SS/MSS level, while 3-sealed Cronus who is still superior to them receives a MSS+ level to potentially galaxy level.
