Why is 3812 so low like 1A only? He’s explicitly stated to transcend narratives which are like tier 0 atleast.

If narratives were Tier 0 then he wouldn't be 1-A.

It's a replica, a smaller narratives, contained within a single large narrative/canon dubbed as Kaktusverse. This smaller narratives contained within the Noosphere.

He used to be. But now he is the weakest amongst the top tiers. Though he still get thought-based High 1-A EE(due to erasing concept of emotions and Alagadda to the point no sentient being capable remembering them)
