SCP-001 (S Andrew Swann's Proposal) Possible Upgrade

This SCP is said to be responsible for all the bad stuff that happens in the SCPverse, right? Now, there have been the existence of higher dimensional SCPs like SCP-2350 and the existence of multiple universes which SCP-1739 has demonstrated. Now, there's the possibility in there being the existence of a multiverse that this SCP-001 is entirely possible of reducing down to a couple of universes or even increasing the size of such. This is implied in SCP-2207, where an outside entity possibly claims to observe the entire multiverse for any disruptions. This would possibly put this SCP-001 at Tier 2-B.

Also note the following quotes from S Andrew Swann's Proposal.

There is no means to contain SCP-001 yet found that does not risk a potential ZK Reality Failure event and subsequent destruction of the observable universe.

It isn't a change in data when reality is shifting to match. I don't know a lot about the internals of the software we used, but I know that part of it ran outside what we think of as the "real world." And, at first, everyone thought that the audit trails it produced were some sort of bug. However, it became apparent that the nature of the software, its purposeful isolation from the narrative-affecting SCPs, allowed it to record something far more important.

It's not visible to you, or the O5s, or even to most of the SCPs we deal with, but the Foundation— and by extension the entire universe— is in a state of constant shifting reality flux. SCP files appeared and disappeared from our database with alarming regularity, and the SCPs referred to, to all appearance, appeared and disappeared along with them. Not just SCPs, but personnel, whole sites, and entire decades of the Foundation's history would be re-written, seemingly at random. And our own memories, and all external research would confirm that "objective" reality matched the current version in our database.

This implies that this SCP-001 can affect a lot more than just a universe considering what reality could be. All extradimensional SCPs and entities are created from this one thing. This could possibly imply a tier higher than plain old 2-B.

Hopefully, this all makes sense.

We cannot uses other stories in another story's rating, unless a story specially mentions another.

Oh. In that case, i suggest a tier rating of at least 2-C based on the "observable universe" statement, which implies that this SCP can control more than one universe.

Oh. Someone change its Attack Potency to Multi-Universal and range to Multi-Universal to match and close this thread.

Well, uh, the minimum it is at is Universsl+, not Multi-Universal, since we do not know if there are alternates universes in this story.
