Sceptile vs Akuma

I give this to Sceptile via higher versatility. It has options for helping it take on Akuma up close (Precog, Debuffs, Barriers), as well as having life drain to fall back on if Akuma starts to overwhelm it. The only way I can see it losing is if it keeps spamming the same attack. But considering that Sceptiles are praised for their cunning tactics, I doubt that's gonna happen.
Can't find the calc for Akuma's AP, so i'm not sure who has that the strength advantage.
