I vote to Street Fighter Akuma.

First, Street Fighter Akuma has a very slight AP advantage. Street Fighter Akuma is 5.425 Gigatons of TNT (https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Jason_Courne/SF4:_Akuma's_Sekia_Kuretsuha_4th_recalc) while Tekken Akuma is 317.59 Megatons of TNT x10 (https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:BlackDarkness679/Tekken:_Jinpachi_Storm). Of course, Jack-6 stops meteor feat (https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:DemonGodMitchAubin/Tekken:_Jack-6_stops_meteor) is considered as non-canon in https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Tekken#Power_of_the_Verse so the Jack-6 feat is not considered here. Considering Jack-6 feat or not, their AP difference is not huge.

Second, I feel that Street Fighter Akuma has better experience. For example, SF Akuma has handled opponents with more unpredictable styles, such as M. Bison, Torrent of Power Necalli. His battle against people like Ryu, M. Bison means that he has more experiences against people who uses different projectiles, unlike Tekken Akuma.

Third, I feel that Street Fighter Akuma has better combat intelligence. Tekken Akuma does not have some "Mastered the deadly Ansatsuken martial arts and even added his own innovations to it, refining it like no other before and constantly creating new techniques while improving himself." statement. And we can clearly see that SF Akuma has more techniques than Tekken Akuma. SF Akuma literally learned every technique Tekken Akuma learned, and SF Akuma has learnt something more.

Forth, SF Akuma has perfect control over the Satsui no Hado, meaning that SF Akuma could maintain better fighting thinking that Tekken Akuma when they are both in Shin Akuma key.

Jack 6 feat isnt non canon and nothing in the power of the verse states it to be as such either, all profiles atm with the scaling get the rating from that feat, tag games are taken in consideration

I’m pretty sure Tekken Akuma waited decades to act on killing Heihachi. Compared to SF Akuma who fought Ryu and Gouken multiple times he wouldn’t have the same experience
