In this scene Baron Ashura figures out thanks too his investigation That Ryo Asuke is Satan he even tought that Satan thanks too his powers created the world of CB Chara Go Nagai like usual. Wait like usual yes like usual because Satan confirms that he can create worlds but this time it wasnt him.

Satan explain in great detail how God creates his characters worlds and stories showing that Satan has great knowledge about creation.

For example (in Satan own words) if God wants to draw Mazinger Z he first has a vague image of Mazinger Z. Next he solidifies his idea and then its born. while the orginal manga,s are born the ideas that are not interesting or are not good enough are discarded in the world of CB Chara Go Nagai .

This is also why i believe many demons have conceptual resistance because if it wasnt for Satan granting them that the might by gone.

If it wasnt for Satan The Demons in the Devilman Verse would be erased from the verse because the were a error on God part. But Satan rebelled against God won now God cant erase them anymore because of Satan. keeping it simple here just read my thing.

As long as their is someone left to image it it wont disappear it gains life separate from the will of its creator. Can God kill Satan no why because of the statement made by Asuka and as long God exist Satan will Always Rebel it truly is a endless conflict were the characters only get stronger with all the stories.

Edit: I forgot also too mention the theory that Satan created the Devilman Lady isnt as crazy as it sounds and here is why it was for too fool this brother Micheal and his Father So he created this world split himself into two characters Asuka and Jun and was planning to unless hell on them. This is all impressive seesing how both Micheal and God are nigh-omniscience. This is still a theory but the way things went in Devilman Lady seems like Satan truly planned it all.
