i would vote for uryu if he can use his quincy ability Antithesis

if sasuke manage to land an amateratsu,uryu use his Antitheris to DESTROY sasuke with the reflection of damage

i only think that sasuke can win if traps uryu in a genjusu,but with ishida fighting always from distance is nearly impossible to have eye contact with sasuke,and is not like sasuke is an expert in ilussionst like his brother

susano is useless.uryu would escape from the blows just using Hirenkyaku ,and uryu can use it in advantage for preparing his sprenger

so uryu mid-high for have to be aware of phisicals blows and countering the damage that he would suffer

EDIT precognition is good,but when your enemy spam 1000 attacks in AoE with speed equalized is not like you can dodge all
