The another outcome can't be created it simple it exist only one and only one.
For if we use it first habitually yes, her eyes are always active it usually just depend if she want to do it direct or have a cool fight before.

She would need to erase all upcoming outcomes to do that which she doesn't...
She just removes all infinite outcomes into one..
She erases only the outcomes that already exists not ones that gets created

I'll put it this way. Lets say instead of fighting they are playing a game of rock paper scissors. Musashi cuts all possibility that Zoro will not use rock so he is forced to rock. He can see this and try to change it but since the possibility of him using anything else is cut down he will be forced to use rock. He cannot create a new possibility where he does not use rock since he does not have fate manip.

You don't need fate manipulation... It literally says she removes the outcomes (which are already existing) but it doesn't erase non existing outcomes that gets created... She is erasing all existing possibilities so unless zoro can do something outside of existing possibilities (which he can't) it does not matter. And I think you misunderstood my point. My point is Zoro countering musashi's block in any ways falls under the infinite possibility which have been erased.

You need proof of Zoro being able to do something that falls into a non-existing possibility. Everything he can do falls under existing possibilities. Anyways I'm talking to a stonewall I vote musashi via fate manip.

Blitz's via ShiShi SonSon. Her fate manipulation isn't passive and she won't use it against skilled Swordsmen like Zoro who don't skill stomp her. She's only ever used it against opponents who she thinks that she has no chance against.

That's a 6.65 times ap advantage better than what I thought although it's kinda irrelevant since even without ap advantage she hax stomps badly
