Assuming it actually works, Sans would probably force an incon on this match since him not making his move means the bug can't do anything. Thing is, though I think Sans more likely has this since speed is unequal and, well, comapring it to real-world insects a worshipper would at best have the reactions of a fruit fly. Sans' reactions are faster than his attacks by an unknown margin, so it's likely Sans would win this match by first strike.

Before you bring Sans' laziness up, seeing as how Insect Worshippers are more or less a genuine threat, there's no doubt that Sans will be more concerned about giving the worshipper a bad time.
