Frieza has unknown LS on his profile, this automatically means his TK is weaker then Sans' physical LS, but Sans also has unknown LS, which basically equalizes them, but Sans would have stronger TK due to having an actual known rating.

You can't really just arbitrarily apply the mechanic of one verse to a character from a different verse. That's similar to treating ki the same as chakra or other generic magic energy in isekai when they aren't the same, but worse.

It would be completely impossible to determine frieza’s level anyways, since different monsters give different amounts of exp and stuff. Sans himself gives very little exp iirc
But also monster physiology is pure magic and it’s more likely that killing saiyans wouldn’t be worth anything for his soul level considering how non comparable to two are

I mean, as Chariot and Kazuma have argued, Freeza's LS is Unknown however we know that it scales above Goku's K Class.

Therefore, Freeza's LS would still be enough to nuk that of Sans.
