Technically gaster blaster speed is able to blitz sans’ speed, and since speed is equalized to frieza being like hypersonic or whatever, Frieza gets blitzed by gaster blasters. Of course, matches where an equalized character gets blitzed by what would be the slower character is not allowed, meaning this match is technically illegal.

no, they are not, the souls in DB are intangible, that is when the enma daioh gives a physical body to the soul, in case if this body is destroyed, your soul goes along and has no means of resurrecting
