But they are able to catch him trought.
In the tournament, they are sensing him, but they are expecting he was invisible, because there's another fighter like that, so they got caught off guard by Damon size.
Since Sans have his Instinctive action and higher reaction speed, he should able to dodge a few attacks and maybe cathing him.

So? Sans still knows there's a thing there, so he could reasonable find him.

He cannot sense not he can see something so small
Him having higher reaction speed and instinctive action won't matter if you can't see your opponent due to how small he is

He still can just trow attacks arounds to hit him, even If he can't see the bug.
And he don't need extrasensory to see the bug anyway.

He doesn't, If it wasn't for the fact that even saiyans who can see pretty far away and small things can't even detect the bug

They can see him, they just having a hard time sense his prescense.
