Pikachu is actually High 6-C not 6-C. Anyway, despite the AP disadvantage, Samus' Ice Beam + Wave Beam combination is too haxed for Pikachu. Samus is also far smarter and abuses her range and unlimited ammo often. Also, her Ice Beam is like extremely close to AZ and can freeze plasma objects, and it's stacked with the wave beam so it can bypass everything and attack simultaneously, and ignore conventional durability.

Pikachu can use Protect to take it, as he´ll quickly notice that it´s a OHKO move, either that or dodge it.

The best Pikachu can do is to spam Double Team and Agility to be able to continuously dodge it.

Samus can use precognition to avoid Pikachu attacks, all the while she gets data on him by scan visor and nukes him with ice beam before he has a chance to adapt.

This is a stomp. Pikachu doesn't have anything to counteract this
