Yeah, was thinking of them, but it's a bit fucky, since Arceus could just make an even weaker avatar for them to fight. But yeah, if we take it that they are fighting a full stronk avatar, they would be the strongest.

Removing the PLA protag from the picture, though, I think Ash is genuinely the strongest Trainer in the franchise. Leon's also up there, considering it took extreme difficulty for Ash to beat him
