not sure if stomp since their speed is kinda similar.

Speed is not equalized

Jack is blood lusted and Garou is in character

The speed being comparable doesn't matter. Garou's leagues above Jack and I doubt that his sword would hurt him because I don't think Garou's an evil being just because he's a monster now.

doesnt garou ap stomp? this is at best large building vs large town in garous favour, and jack has no way of making up or the ap and durability diffrence does he?

It is, yes. I didn't close this yet because I was wondering if Jack's sword could harm Garou but now I know it can't.
