...unironically, Morbius can increase his strength and decrease Jack's stamina, and has mind manip and death manip which Jack doesn't resist. So voting for him

His death manip isn't great. He needs to inject him with chemicals and even then it only puts him in a near death state as with any other "Experimentation" abilities. He doesn't lead with mind manipulation, but will do if he feels like he's getting out matched.
