So let's see here... So we have Jack Skellington, who is to Halloween as Santa Claus is to Christmas, or at least that is Tim Burton's intention with the character. Despite the profile not listing Regeneration, Jack's Immortality section points out regeneration abilities, at the very least Low-Mid from being able to decapitate himself and reattach his head (at least according to this: https://vsbattles.com/threads/high-mid-regen-changes.129450/post-4391637 ).
Bro is also essentially the scariest character of Halloween Town, and I think one of his "Social Influencing" bits are legit Fear Manipulation (the fact that just his mere appearance scared the shit outta people).
Debby the Corsifa is a demon whose only experience with Halloween is a failed trick-or-treat attempt due to her self-BFR weakness. In regards to fear... Debby did this to a tiger shark.:
