I'd say list the order of his unlocked powers on the notable powers and techniques but then you get the actual abilities that get improved in the span of a few chaps..

Honestly, unless something major happens (Like training with Loli or the clear ending of an arc), I'd rather just wait for his AP to change before making a new key. That's the basis of his keys now, and it works given how consistent the AP in the series is.

I think that makes sense. Then we can just make a note or order how some abilities are so if need be they can be restricted... but psshhh we don't need to do that.

Lol. We can just make a note saying that not every application of an ability is available to every form. For example, High 8-C Han can technically use exploding flames as a form of fire manip. But he can't use Salamandar as a form of fire manip until his 8-A self.
