Given I commented first on the last thread, I'll start it up again.

Salem's Advantages / Win Cons

Salem's has the same advantages as before plus a little more. She starts with superior AP via her magic which would allow her to throw around Vlad and blow him away without issue given her range, her superior speed allows her to blitz and hit him before he can react.

Her immortality and regeneration makes it so Vlad's physical blows or small scale energy beams won't do anything. Being able to call a large number of Grimm also gives her the number advantage. With her superior stamina, she has the ability to outlast Vlad until he reverts back to his human form and passes out due to energy loss.

Vlad's Advantages / Win Cons

Vlad's ghost physiology will allow him to easily close the stat gap (with the exception of lifting strength) quickly. Given his physiology, a physical assault won't do anything major as his physical manifestation has the same level of regeneration as Salem and his true form has abstract existence type 1 and is conceptual in nature, so Salem's ability to absorb or destroy his soul will not affect him.

He also has layered intangibility that would allow him to escape her grasp and avoid any unnecessary harm, though he doesn't spam it, it's a solid option along with teleportation and other methods like breaking himself down. His win condition is his ability to Overshadowed (possession) on contact as Salem's ability to resist the Grimm pools won't stop it because it affects the mind (sub-consciousness), spirit, and physical (biological/molecular level and inanimate/inorganic).

My Vote

I'm gonna lean towards Vlad, like before, I find his win condition easier/faster to achieve seeing as his stamina can allow him to go for hours and his reactive evolution will buff him to the level of Salem's magic and speed, then progressively get higher the more he's pushed and his emotions raise. This would cause Salem to have a harder time wearing him down while Vlad would land a possession far sooner.

Though I'm not gonna fully vote because I'd like those who are knowledgeable on Salem to give their thoughts just in case something has changed since the last time they fought.
