Well, Saijin scales to 906.24 Megatons in Base, and 4.53 Gigatons in Bankai, and he has Class 5 Lifting Strength.

MechaGodzilla scales to 526 Gigatons, and has Class G Lifting Strength.

Either a 580X difference or a 116X AP difference and a different Lifting Class.

But hey at least Saijin's got Supernatural Spiritual Invisibility going for him.
