i feel like a few good hits would take care of super man since he can't damage mecha g too much, the difference is literally 3x.
I think Mecha g just outAPs and wins since he matches superman in every category

Sups has better flight and his size will help him dodge Mecha G's attacks better, maybe sups could attack the Throat and destroy some wires

it is possible but remember, speed is equalized. This isn't gonna be a fight where the quick flying small guy defeats the small moving goliath, this guys are gonna move at equal speeds, and with the fact that Mecha g has damn good sight with his electronic camera eyes, he should be able to hit supes, especially considering his energy beams are like a dozen meters in diameter which makes them super hard to dodge with equalized speed.

Not anymore, in a recent CRT the Low 6-B rating for Injustice characters was removed due to issues regarding the timeframe and the assumption that Superman solely did the feat despite him fighting Darkseid at the time. Superman now scales to his feat of tackling Sinestro into the moon which has been calculated to yield 171.2 Gigatons of TNT

Supes can counter the missiles with his heat vision and can use flight to keep distance. Superman is also smarter and has more combat experience, he's also fought giant creatures before such as Mogo and the Kraken

Yeah, but he's at a pretty noticeable power disadvantage here unlike those times. That also still doesn't change the fact that Mechagodzilla has a Speed Boost with his Thrusters and has several ranged attacks that he can fire simultaneously, that being the Missile Launchers her has on both of his Shoulders that can shoot a lot of Missiles and his Proton Scream which is huge. Mechagodzilla also has the LS Advantage given that Superman's Class G Feat not only required help from Wonder Woman, Shazam and Green Lantern but it also has no Calc to go with it so it's just Baseline Class G so Supes can't just grapple and ragdoll him either.
