Isn't her sealing the purple barrier? goku can just use instant transmission, and dragonball characters are even capable of destroying space time or causing rifts just by screaming. Her statistics reduction comes from slowing down a fan, I don't see how this helps her with the massive ap gap. Gwen uses her mana manipulation (which is where the conceptual manipulation comes from) to form mana blasts which goku can just counter by using a ki blast of his own.

why do i have to prove this when it is gwen's fear inducement that lacks sufficient evidence of it being relevant. Also I already stated beforehand my reasoning for why her fear inducement would not affect Goku.

The spell for teleporting someone to legerdomain quite literally takes requires her to cite two whole sentences, if she attempts this nothing stops goku from blitzing her without even needing to transform.
