Superman can analyze objects down to the atomic level with his Super Vision, he’d be able to realize Saitama’s cellular structure is denser than his. Alternatively after attacking Saitama with blunt force he’d realize he can’t hurt him and resort to his other powers. His profile also says he processes information exceptionally quickly.
Saitama also lacks Fear Manipulation on his profile so voting via that doesn’t seem valid.

The heat intensity can be greater than that of the sun and can be modulated to deliver different frequencies and types to best affect his opponent. The fear aura actually prevented Carnage Kabuto from getting one-punched before he transformed, it’d prevent Superman from getting caught off guard by Saitama’s strength advantage
