How can seeing someone's DNA define how strong a person is?

I'm more so getting across that Clark will be able to analyze his athletic/physical capabilities. He's not necessarily gonna know EXACTLY how strong he is. It's just a matter of analysis

We know that humans who turn into mysterious beings by whatever mean ( Stress, Obsession, intake of monster cells) suffer changes on the cellular level, Saitama is a strange case where he made it through the process of limiter removal with no apparent physical changes, so it's unclear if he's suffered some change to his cells or if it's just a supernatural thing.
