Saitama VS Scrooge McDuck/Masked Mallard

This is actually pretty close, believe it or not. Scrooge has flight, but Saitama may be able to cover that with his enhanced leaping, but outside of that there's not much they can do except punch each other. Scrooge also knows martial arts, which would be an advantage in a hand to hand fight, since Saitama doesn't know martial arts and tends not to take the fight seriously, but Saitama has a huge range advantage with his shockwaves, so, I'm not sure.

You can count me as inconclusive if you want, also, no, don't give him weapons. With Durability Negation, Duplication and Summoning, Saitama would have no chance, this way is more fair.

Imo, Scrooge's superior skills and experience should give him the win. Saitama doesn't spam shockwaves from afar, he prefer to enter CQC where he would be at disadvantage

I would say Saitama Takes this, as he has Afterimage Creation, and Shockwaves. Scrooge has the power of flight, but Saitama's Leaping would well Compensate for this. Scrooges Martial arts wouldn't really help here, as Saitama has Dodged Regular Martial artists attacks before, (Not Garou, as he is An Anti Human Martial Artist). Also Saitama for more combat experience.

As soon as Scrooge lands a hit that is physically able to hurt Saitama he'll take it seriously. Then he'll finish it fast.

Isn't a non-serious Saitama Large Mountain Level+? I doubt a non-serious punch would help here, at all.

Don't claim anything that isn't supported by proper evidence. There is nothing in OPM that would suggest that a Non-Serious Punch could so much as scratch a 5-B.
