It won't do much, two equal opponents fight one does a full power punch when the other isn't blocking he still would stand back up sure hurt, but the fight would still go on and that said person who took that punch could still defeat the other in the end

If Raditz losses all his energy then what would be the point in piccolo using special beam cannon. Piccolo might as well have just punched Raditz to death or done some other ki blast and I just showed in the scan above that Raditz could've cut his tail off the whole time

It's still his sensitive spot regardless. It's weaker than the rest of his body. Also not multicontinent. But as you stated before the tail paralizes them, so idk why you said he'd cut it off.

Raditz gets grabbed he is in pain, but doesn't lose his energy or else piccolo could've just done a regular ki blast and killed Raditz or just punched him to death

Raditz had an untrained tail. It weakens Saiyans who havent trainded it. Stop reaching.

If he's fighting from the air Saitama will use a shockwave punch. Which has enough range to hit his whole body in whatever direction he's facing just like it did with Boros.
