Just "Breaking your limiter" doesn't mean you infinitely grow.
And while I do accept your logic of he should be stronger than when he fought Boros, we don't know how much because all the threats he's fought later on is nowhere near Boros level. So we if we guess, the guess would be even worse than most Dragon Ball Guesses.

Well Boros is Equal to Garou, but he put even less effort into that fight.

But in this verse, for Saitama at least. His body never gets used to the workout. Dr Genus explained it all to Zombieman. He doesnt reach a peak. He has steady growth.

Although I believe saitama wins, raditz has way more expirience, skill, technique, versatility, range, flight, and whatnot, so the battle will be very dragged out.... Cuz saitama can only punch, jump, run... And punch again, if need be, so raditz will have the edge at the start, but if it takes to long, he will lose. BUT saitama doesnt Dodge, so he will be in danger if raditz go (literally) ape shit on him (by that I mean oozaru mode, for all the noobs out there which has a legit 10x multiplier, and I doubt that saitama could fight against ten raditzs)

speed is equalized (otheriwse Raditz would be blizting aka the punch would be going in slow motion no he would see saitama as a statue) and since it is equalized Raditz would block it like any other punch

Lol neither is Raditz really, he only really stood a chance against goku, and piccolo due to his stat advantage.

Saitama doesn't have the speed to dodge Raditz's blasts. Raditz is going to be upgraded to Relativistic.

By the same thing move goku did, pretending to be down for the count then sneaking up on him and grabbing his tail. Besides that in a two vs one fight

and also what will Saitama do after he gets a hold of Raditz tail =P hold the tail with one of his hands and keep punching with the other if he does that the tail will get ripped off very quickly. some well placed ki attacks that will hurt Saitama, Raditz won't get tired that quickly sure he will deplete some, but they will do damage to Saitama (Saitama isn't dodging all of them he isn't that skilled, he'll dodge some since speed equal, but not all)

Raditz tanked a ki blast much stronger than the one Piccolo used to destroy the moon without a scratch. Saitama's punches don't have the feats to seriously wound him or anything.

Grabbing the tail weakens him. A full power punch from Saitama should be enough.

No they don't they have multi continental range. A weakened Raditz what are you talking about grabbing his tail paralyzes him not weakens. It won't do much, two equal opponents fight one does a full power punch when the other isn't blocking he still would stand back up sure hurt, but the fight would still go on and that said person who took that punch could still defeat the other in the end

The shockwave easily split through boros planet busting attack. And it wasnt even Saitama's full power. He's doing more than getting annoyed.
